HOW TO OPERATE THE DOOR LOCKS AND USE THE APP!

There are two ways to operate the door locks at our facility.
1. With your phone, using our app, StorID (Recommended)
INSTRUCTIONS:
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR BLUETOOTH TURNED ON FOR THE APP TO WORK!
Once you have rented a unit, you will receive a phone call from us.
We will set up an Access Code with you.
This Access Code will be used to set up the app on your phone.
You will receive a text from us to download the StorID app.
Getting to know the App:
Once in the app, you will notice that there are five icons at the bottom of the screen.

2. Without your phone, Phoneless Mode. (Secondary)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you have rented a unit, you will receive a phone call from us. We will then set up an Access Code with you. This is the code that you enter into the keypad at the facility. Once it opens the gate, you will have 15 minutes to go to your unit and press the button on the lock. The light will turn green. Then you need to step on the handle under the lock to release the tension. Slide the black latch to the left and use the middle handle to open the door. Whenever you get ready to leave, make sure that you lock everything back up. Close the door, slide the black latch to the right, and push the button on the lock. You will see a red light. The door is now locked.
Note: To reenter your unit after you've locked it, you will need to go back out to the keypad and reenter your Access code at the gate.
